DP&C® Solution:
Provided development and execution of strategic and tactical supply chain reengineering solution designed to improve management of inventory levels, improve product integrity and reduce operational costs. DP&C® implemented an overall redesign of shop floor processes, installed shop floor automation, implemented improved processes to support material planning procedures and implemented a new ERP system. As part of the overall solution, DP&C® also enhanced reporting capabilities.
Results:
The DP&C® solution resulted in a 35% reduction in operating expense, 50% reduction in inventory relative to sales volume, and dramatically and measurably improved product integrity and traceability. An additional benefit of the DP&C® solution permitted the client to enhance its ability respond to customer requirements.
