Phil Heiney, Jr. brings a decade of experience in Information Technology. Throughout his career, Heiney has worked with all levels of management to develop solutions for supply chain planning, inventory management and overall operations logistics. His unique ability to recommend changes to work processes that better utilize limited resources and personnel have been instrumental in effectively streamlining daily business and operational processes for companies including: USA Detergents, USA Metro and National Starch and Chemical.
Highlights of Heiney's career include:
- Successfully implemented Oracle Applications in two newly acquired manufacturing facilities and two distribution centers.
- Provided customers with real-time order status and tracking information achieved by integrating 3rd party order entry system with Oracle Applications.
- Designed and implemented customized system integration necessary to outsource in house pick-pack operation to 3rd party while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Spearheaded efforts to define parameters and promote reliance on Oracle's MPS and MRP modules for internal transfers and purchasing. Directed the set-up, implementation and usage of autosourcing rules to allow automatic creation of internal requisitions and blanket order releases for select customers.
Additionally, Heiney is experienced in support, implementation and customization of Oracle Applications as well as the operational aspects of Oracle manufacturing, distribution and financial applications.
