Pressurized Liquid Dispensing System and Mobile Computerized Compounding Station

Efficient inventory management is only one aspect of building highly efficient manufacturing processes for flavor and fragrance manufacturers, and others utilizing liquid compounding processes. Equally as important is the ability to dramatically reduce time lost in ingredient location on the factory floor, efficient dispensing that reduces waste and labor, real-time inventory management, and accurate formula composition.
With exceptional experience and expertise in the management of production process, particularly in the flavors and fragrance industries and related liquid productions manufacturing industries, DP&C® has enhanced liquid ingredient dispensing and delivery systems.
The DP&C® Pressurized Liquid Dispensing and Delivery System (PLDS) and Mobile Computerized Compounding Station (MC2S) provide a highly cost-effective solution to the dispensing of compounds that combines engineering insight, hardware, enhanced distribution efficiency and software for ensuring compounding ingredient accuracy and inventory management.
Features and Benefits
The DP&C® Pressurized Liquid Dispensing and Delivery System (PLDS) enables the collocation of all bulk liquids in an efficient racking system that significantly mitigates materials/drum handling, enhances the accuracy and speed of dispensing, improves safety through improved ergonomics and improves inventory management.
The PLDS provides for low-pressurized dispensing from racked drums, using either compressed air or nitrogen for pressurization. The heart of the system is DP&C®'s affordable dispensing tube technology that is easily connected to the bulk liquid drums to enable precise dispensing. The installation consolidates bulk materials into dispensing pods, and the pressurized dispensing tube system ensures maximum raw material utilization without any intermediate drum handling.
Benefits
By centralizing the dispensing of bulk liquids using a pressurized system, materials location and dispensing time is reduced, material handling is streamlined, ergonomics are made safer and accuracy of dispensing and inventory management is significantly improved.
The unique dispenser tube is designed to fit all bulk drum applications, and when pressurized ensure the accurate and effortless dispensing of liquid bulk material. This provides a significant operating improvement at a reduced expense versus current market products. The DP&C® solution ensures rapid return on investment through increased efficiency and reduced labor.
MC2S Add-on
DP&C® can couple the enhanced efficiency of its PLDS system with its customized Mobile Computerized Compounding Station, which includes PC-driven inventory management, measurement and inventory management functionality that enables precise withdrawal of the bulk liquids needed to complete a specific "recipe" for compounding.
This system can be dynamically linked with work process management and inventory control systems to enhance work scheduling, materials management, location and replenishment, and increase inventory visibility and accurate record-keeping.
